This renovation enhanced a 10 year old homes fun factor with a fitness room, wine cellar, home theatre and much more!

-This 10 year old home was built to its maximum square footage and the owner wanted to add a bedroom with ensuite, fitness and wine rooms, create a secure fire-safe room and improve the  home theatre and entertainment area.

-The space was created out of the existing crawl space by excavating, shoring and installing drainage from access inside the garage and without any effect on landscaping. The balance of the space was created by rearranging the existing area downstairs.

-The home theatre features raised lazy boy seating, 101 inch screen and computer controlled lighting, curtains and blinds. The adjacent entertainment area is complete with bars, pool table, and games.

-The wine cellar racking was custom designed and fabricated on site. A special cooling and humidification unit and soap stone counters highlight the room.

-A new higher efficiency boiler and 80 gal. hot water tank were installed to reduce heating costs and to provide more hot water.

-The fitness room features an LCD TV and bamboo floors and is adjacent to the walk in shower which uses slate and frameless glass.
