Canadian Constructors International Ltd. was formed in August 1992 and is registered in British Columbia, Canada. In the early part of 2004 the name was simplified to CCI Renovations to better reflect the image and direction of the company. We are proud of the team of personnel and suppliers that CCI Renovations has joined together to provide the products and services that our clients expect. Although we specialize in residential renovations, we are also a licenced homebuilder and our experience includes commercial, industrial, residential and recreational projects. Such a broad base allows us the luxury of meeting a great variety of needs without having to consult outside of the company.
At CCI Renovations we pride ourselves in keeping current with industry trends and standards. As a member of the Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN), our personnel are constantly taking certification courses and often achieve the highest marks. John Friswell now has successfully achieved the designations of Certified Renovation Professional and Certified Housing Professional. CCI Renovations also carries the company designations of Certified Renovation and Certified Residential Building Company. John serves on the board and technical committee of Built Green Canada and has held various board positions with the CHBA (Canadian Home Builders Association) at the municipal, provincial and federal levels.
Other associations that we are active in include the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), the District of North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, Built Green Canada, Better Business Bureau – Mainland BC and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
We also take pride in the use of ethical business practices. CCI Renovations’ owner, John Friswell, is a previous chair of the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau – Mainland BC and currently serves on the Board of Governors.
