Our clients are an active couple who wanted a house for entertaining, but which was also well designed to accommodate both their personal style and daily living requirements, which included a teenager and two dogs.  The client’s fabulous collection of mid-century modern art and furniture was the inspiration for the redesign of the home.  

CCI reconfigured the small main floor plan, specifically laid out to add a bathroom and storage spaces.  We opened the kitchen area to create additional cabinets and seating space.  The basement was reworked to include a laundry and bike storage, along with a fitness area and wine cellar.  We also reconfigured the stairs to replace winder old ones and improve the hall.
