Our client had lived in this average two storey home for years and the house had survived the usual ravages of bringing up a family.  The clients were looking to completely rebuild the interior of the home and turn it into a more modern, social and luxurious abode.

By completely gutting the house and reconfiguring all levels of the home, a more practical design was achieved, and all of the clients wants, and needs were fulfilled.
